HOW TO USE
ADD 1 TEA bag or 5 flowers if using loose for 70-80 ml/ 1 cup of hot water (minimum 80-90 degree Celsius).
Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes till it gets strong blue color. And enjoy the sips.
Adding Lemon juice will make it Purple.
Other natural addons Honey, Cinnamon, Mint for flavors.
1-2 CUPS per day on Empty or Light stomach regularly for best results.
Can use it to make Mock tails, Iced tea, also.
